‘CD Energy - Domestic Energy Assessors’ specialise in undertaking Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) on residential properties. Our Assessor is fully qualified and accredited to inspect and assess any residential property that requires an EPC under the government’s current criteria. In most cases, an assessment by our DEA, (Domestic Energy Assessor), will take approximately 1 hour. Please be aware though, that this can vary depending on the size and complexity of the property being inspected. We value our customers and our reputation extremely highly. We therefore aim to provide consistently accurate results and would rather take the required time to collect all the necessary information, even if this means being on site longer than expected. In such scenarios, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible.
